FSX NAV1 Freq. change to a differant freq.

Help! I am new to Windows flight sims and could use somebody help who knows how to change the current NAV1 frequency to a differant setting.

Any help would be appreciated>

Just click the numbers on the radio or find the correct knob for tuning - normally below and to the left of the frequency display.

Can depend on the type of radio fitted though...

I am attempting to install the launch and arrester package rcbco-30 into FSX. There is a small IFLOLS window which opens up when you are in the cockpit. For this to work, the NAV1 must be set to 117.90 freq. but the two stock planes that come with FSX, the F18 and F14D do not allow me to change to the 117.90 freq. which means that the IFLOLS window will not work like it should.

If someone could enlighten me as to the proper procedure to get to this frequency, then I would be very appreciative.
