Pls advise me how I install this file.

I have used Modman to install RAR files but I am not sure how to install files such as this one.

Great Mitch, I'm interested, how to come up with such a TV monitor, or radar that can see in this picture right?? See that there is something which has not seen a standard TV or Monitor Easy Radar, greeting

I'm pretty sure that's just part of the texture.
They're called Missiles not Hittles.

It is possible, but I have seen this information on the TV monitor, now only the modernized A-10C, they even have 2 monitors on the left and right ....
