    Starforce protection problem

Sorry if this has been covered a thousand times before, I have had the cd box english version of Lockon since it came out and all was well with flaming cliffs and vista. Since ive now got windows 7 32 bit I can play lockon but not with flaming cliffs add on as the starforce auto update does'nt seem to make any difference to the constant request for restart upon running flamin cliffs.
Ive even tried compatibility mode but that does'nt work. I think the starforce driver is before v5 and is not supported by windows 7, If you are running lockon/flaming cliffs/patch 1.2b with a windows 7 OS can you please tell me how you managed it.

    Reinstall 1.12b then try this.

This didnt work for me, I am getting an annoying 'starforce was disabled by windows message when I log in. FC2 runs fine, but FC1.12b no joy and an annoying notification message.
    Any ideas?

Turn User Account Control 'OFF' and reinstall the patch. Launch 1.12 and see if starforce still says something. If starforce does pop up and has its own error message, re-run the starforce driver update posted above.
