  8. This is a fictional representation of an F-15C in the livery of the 162nd Fighter Squadron of the Ohio Air National Guard in both low and high visibility variants.

In reality the 162nd flew the F-16C/D Block 30s from 1993 to 2010, and has since transitioned to the MQ-1 "Predator".

Made from the the developer templates and the aggressors from the original skins
The 'Celestial Eagle' was in the old DCS: A-10C, and for the agressors I've just added the serial number according to the numbers in the intakes

This skins might not be of the best quality, I made them for personal use but I've decided to release them. Any suggestions or corrections are welcome.
I also made some skins for the -E with fixed serial number, but I can't take out the numbers the game put near the refuelling hatch, so I prefer trying to solve the problem rather than upload them with such fail. (I'm still looking for the line of code in the 'description.lua' file to remove these numbers, any suggestions would be much appreciated)

  10. Since at least Flaming Cliffs 3 Beta 1.2.2.7570, the left and right patches on the F-15C pilots are reversed (the squadron patch should be on the right shoulder and the organizational/aircraft patch should be on the left). Additionally, all F-15 pilots wear unit patches on their flightsuits except for the 19th Fighter Squadron out of Elmendorf AFB, AK.

This mod places the patches on the appropriate shoulder in accordance with USAF uniform regulations, and provides the pilots of the 19th FS Fighting Gamecocks with accurate squadron and wing patches as well as an organizational F-15 patch for the left shoulder.

Additionally, the mod adds squadron insignia to the crews in the default USAF F-15E skins, and adds and enhances Israeli Pilot/WSO textures for the IAF F-15C/E skins.

Finally, the mod replaces the brown captain insignia on the USAF desert flightsuit with the proper black insignia.

    Installation (JSGME):
This archive file is structured so that you need only create a folder in your JSGME Mods folder for the F-15 Enhancements, then copy this folder tree into that new folder. Then enable the mod using JSGME.

    Installation (Manual):
Prior to extraction, back up all default F-15C/E liveries ( Bazar\Liveries\F-15C\ and Bazar\Liveries\F-15E\).

Extract all files to your DCS World folder with the included folder structure intact. This will add the replacement graphics to the Bazar\TempTextures folder and overwrite the description.lua files in your folders.

    Removal (Manual):
Remove the following files from Bazar\TempTextures:
    pilot_f15_00_b.bmp.dds pilot_f15_01_a.bmp.dds pilot_f15_01_b.bmp.dds pilot_f15_00_IDF_a.dds pilot_f15_01_IDF_a.dds pilot_f15_patch_58_sqdn.tga.dds pilot_f15_patch_65a_sqdn.tga.dds pilot_f15_patch_65b_sqdn.tga.dds pilot_f15_patch_106_sqdn.tga.dds pilot_f15_patch_390_sqdn.tga.dds pilot_f15_patch_493_sqdn.tga.dds
Restore your backup description.lua files to the appropriate folders in Bazar\Liveries\F-15C and Bazar\Liveries\F-15E. If you did not back up your original description. lua, then for the F-15C you can delete the last line in the files (regarding the helmet), and delete the line referencing pilot_f15_patch_19_sqdn in the 19th Fighter SQN (AK) folder. For the F-15E you can delete all lines including and after the entry "--added by HF", then delete the pilot*.dds files in the folders.

    Custom Helmets (optional):
One thing I discovered when making use of custom helmets: if you have a custom helmet on one skin, you need to add a helmet line to the description.lua of every skin of that aircraft type, else you will get corrupted textures when displaying different skins. To assist in this, I have placed a line in the 19th Fighter SQN (AK) description.ini (currently remmed out) that you can place in every one of your F-15C skins that is not using a custom helmet. I left the line remmed out because adding this line without adding it in other description.ini files will cause the same texture corruption.

    Enjoy!

  12. A Sorcerer Squadron skin for the F-15C!

Of course, the real Sorcerer Squadron from Ace Combat Zero did in fact use F-15S/MTD, but since these are not featured in DCS and I really like this scheme, I had to make it myself.

The skin is made from scratch using the templates available from the DCS homepage, based on the plane in the game. I simply had the game playing on my PS3 while skinning, with the exception of the tail registration which is taken from Rainbowbears side profile of the aircraft.

Skin made for my Ace Combat mission pack (which is yet to be released), where you take actual Ace Combat missions on with new, realistic limitations!

You are not allowed to upload this skin to other websites, but feel free to make modifications to it - just keep it to yourself (or your squadron) and credit me as the original author.

  19. F-15C in the somewhat controversial IDOLM@STER scheme seen in Ace Combat 6 and Ace Combat Assault Horizon. This skin was an absolute nightmare to make due to the way the texture of the F-15C is laid out, so I don't think I'll be making any other IM@S aircraft unless there is enourmous interest.

  21. F-15C in Garuda One skin from Ace Combat 6. I know that there is an F-15E mod, but I haven't yet tried a model swap mod in DCS that I liked, so for now you'll have to do with this!

RAZBAM is developing an F-15E module though, so it may come when that is finished.

  24. Okay, so I was in the AF back in the day and I really don't like the modern paint scheme of the F-15, so I made my own paint job from Desert Storm era 58th TFS Gorillas. Let me know what you think. This is my first skin so hopefully I got everything right. Thanks to all the skinners out there and especially to Outcast-R who made the original skins that I tuned up. His skins are the greatest!

To use, just unzip the folder and place it in your EagleDynamics\DCSWorld\bazar\liveries\F15C folder.

  25. On request I made this skin for the F-15C. It's a skin of the early fighter that the Royal Netherlands Air Force had in de 70's and 80's.
The F-104 StarFighter, almost every squadron had these planes but I made this one of the 322 squadron because it's was stationed nearby where I life AB Leeuwarden.

    Just pasted it to; X:\Steam\SteamApps\common\DCSWorld\Bazar\Liveries\F-15C.
    or:X:\Program Files (x86)\DCSWorld\Bazar\Liveries\F-15C.

On request I can add your name to the skin.(see 1st pic.)

    I hope you enjoy it.
