X-52Pro A-10C Tutorial (basic use)
1. Installing it
You downloaded DEC 0111 SAITEK X52 DCS A-10C PROFILE BY TOM WEISS : http://www.lockonfil...ick-profile-v1/ ,
extract it to your desktop
this profile was made for the X-52Pro, but it works also for the X-52
before doing anything else do this:
this mod includes two files that you need to add or the profile won't work , the mission in the video and the Saitek X-52/52 Pro profile.
1.
Place AN_ALE40V_params.lua in:
...:\DCS A-10C\Scripts\Aircrafts\A-10C\Cockpit\AN_ALE40V\device\
or simply paste the folder in the Eagle Dynamics folder
2.
Place Saitek X52 Pro Flight Controller.lua in
...:\Users\\Saved Games\DCS Warthog\Config\Input Joysticks\
*** IF YOU HAVE AN X-52, rename this file as Saitek X52 Flight Controller.lua or like the one you have already there
3.
Place X52 A-10C v1.pr0 in
...:\Users\Public\Documents\Saitek SD6 Profiles\
4.
Place Mission 1.miz in
...:\Users\\Saved Games\DCS Warthog\Missions
if you are having problems with step 3:
the profile X52 A-10C v1.pro must be added to the folder where all profiles go - how to do this:
To add the profile - click on the Joystick Icon
select Profile Editor
the Saitek window will open
click on Programming
click on the Folder Icon - a window will open
now, PASTE THE FILE X52 A-10C v1.pro THERE

open the folder you extracted, CLICK ON THE FILE X52 A-10C v1.pro
AND COPY IT so that you can paste it
To add the profile - click on the Joystick Icon
select Profile Editor
the Saitek window will open
click on Programming
click on the Folder Icon - a window will open
now, PASTE THE FILE X52 A-10C v1.pro THERE
the profile is installed in-game an in the Saitek Folder.
